What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think our COO is too restrictive and a micro manager , does not act professionally
fair and balanced with an eye to expenses
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the people, and firing the bully COO
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the benefits package was the 401K plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are very cost conscious but if you want to build business and new products you need to invest in R&D and sales
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always behind on delivery and nothing seems to be done about it

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
a few toxic employees are a cause to resign from company
The work environment is hostile due to the coercive COO. The President would only take input from the COO, Both the President and the COO need to be replaced for the company to flourish.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time of my interview, they expressed how impressed they were with my qualifications

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there are a couple of employees that need to be fired or reassigned and the company has to update its old and dated technology
Replace both the President and the COO. Customers have stated how much they hate the COO. The company has lost major contracts because of the COO. The Board of Directors is blind to these facts.
