Mr. Kenneth P. Sharp, also known as Ken, serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Orbital ATK, Inc. Mr. Sharp served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Leidos, Inc. from June 21, 2013 to January 8, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President from 2013 to January 8, 2015. Mr. Sharp served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Leidos Holdings, Inc. (formerly, SAIC, Inc.) from June 21, 2013 to January 8, 2015 and also served as its Senior Vice President. He joined Leidos, Inc. in March 2013 as Senior Vice President of Finance. Mr. Sharp served various positions of increasing responsibility over 11 years with Computer Sciences Corporation, served as Vice President Finance and Administration and as Chief Financial Officer of its largest business unit. He spent eight years at Ernst & Young LLP and served as a senior manager. Mr. Sharp served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Sharp is a certified public accountant, holds a degree in accounting from the University of Maryland as well as an MBA from the George Washington University.
