They know how to take risk
They engage with the workforce. They take negative news well and want to support the teams below them through tough problems

Multipliers on bonus pay out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid for my level of experience and seniority. I am not provided the opportunities for advancement like my fellow male colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are engaged, energized and own their programs
We are working towards one goal which is to make our organization the best
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My current team is the best team put together so far. We have bonded likely family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Decisions are done at the right level
Very collaborative and very collegial
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work to make desks/offices more permanent.
