Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A living wage. Orchards pays minimum wage to sales staff. Receiving, Sales Leads, and Store Openers don't fare much better.
Health Care is extremely high and the benefits are not favorable to everyday doctor's visits. 401K a joke. No incentive to become an effective employee.
I work to hard for a minimal paid job. No incentives for knowledgeable employees. Hostile store managers who protect their families and friends.

Better Communication with Each Other
First of all you need a Manager with the skill set to run a team because in order to succeed it all starts from the top.
A leader to bring a team in and show and teach the bottom line. Effective managers who are educated n every business sense.

Poor Training Quality, Over Burdened Staff, Low Wages,Poor Retention
Everything new managers and some employees.
New managers throughout the whole company. New HR who has experience. People who listen to what employees have to say.
