people are always willing to help each other out, no egos
Very strong work life balance, people actually care about each other, fun group events

I got to meet a lot of different people from different departments - a real sense of what it would be like to work with them if I joined
I was able to meet many people on the team and get insight on what it's really like to work here

working with a great team, to solve a really interesting problem in the industry, and to help it grow from earlier stage to hopefully a great exit
