What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interviews are primarily open ended questions and rate a persons ability to speak. There is no practical or deep dive into resumes/experiences. I've seen the best get turned down and the worst promoted.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to get things done and occasionally try new things.
