As Head of Manufacturing and Supply, Joe Morrissey is responsible for Organon’s global manufacturing and supply chain capabilities leading the company to deliver the medicines and solutions that make it a healthier every day around the world. In his role, Joe ensures cross-functional coordination to drive uninterrupted, compliant, and timely supply of Organon’s diverse portfolio, with products that reach people in more than 140 markets around the world.
Joe comes to Organon from Merck, where he spent 30 years of his career. Most recently, Joe served as Senior Vice President of Merck’s Animal Health Global Manufacturing and Supply Organization. Before that, Joe oversaw Human Health pharmaceutical manufacturing for the company. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility in pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing, global facilities management, corporate strategy, and supply chain management.
