
Wellness benefit is the best
It is fair. It does lead the market, but it is not behind the market either. Bonuses have paid out anywhere between 80-100% for the past 5 years. Not many organizations can say that.
The compensation is competitive, but raises are largely apportioned to bonuses, which can feel a bit like a minor pay cut
I know that for the amount of work that I do I am not paid nearly enough. If I could receive a raise, or have another colleague hired to take some of my workload I would feel more fairly compensated.
