Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communicative about changes that are occurring and wanting to ensure all Origamians know what is going on around the company.
Transparency, optimism and encouragement are the words that come to mind. Origami, starting with it's leaders, are a "can do" group which focuses on the client and competes to win.
Leadership is great. Very transparent and accessible.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Wellness benefit is the best
It is fair. It does lead the market, but it is not behind the market either. Bonuses have paid out anywhere between 80-100% for the past 5 years. Not many organizations can say that.
The compensation is competitive, but raises are largely apportioned to bonuses, which can feel a bit like a minor pay cut
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that for the amount of work that I do I am not paid nearly enough. If I could receive a raise, or have another colleague hired to take some of my workload I would feel more fairly compensated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremely collaborative. You can count on others for effort and effectiveness.
Very collaborative and willing to help if they have time
Communication and trust are priceless.
My colleagues are very smart and motivated. They like to work together to solve problems and encourage the best in one another.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility to do what's right is a key to Origami's culture. This was true pre-pandemic and has been amplified since. When and how to work, how to "show up", etc are all trusted by the team. Doing what is right, as a "grown up" professional is deep in the DNA of Origami.
The company culture is one in which everyone is encouraged to help everyone else.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Communication throughout the process and transparency on who I would meet
Hands on and open communications with multiple members of the team I would work with. Interviewing not just with my boss but my colleagues to ensure the fit was there.

Opportunity to create, share ideas, build something new
My team and those I interact with daily.
Being part of a winning/growing place has been a big change from my previous employer. Life/work is a lot more fun when you're winning.
