Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We make less than the national average

I am an APP. I practice at the top of my scope, doing the exact same tasks as my physician counterparts, yet I am paid 1/4 what they are and often less than nurses I am working alongside, despite often dictating the plan of care independently.

For all the hats that I wear at OH, I feel I should be compensated fairly to take on all the different roles.

higher rate of pay for my years of experience

Review from Admin Dept

I feel like my pay is not up to market value

Review from Customer Support Dept

You do a lot more work then you get paid for

Review from Customer Support Dept

Experienced employees make less than new employees.

Review from Operations Dept

I do a lot of work, the new people that were hired get paid more than me and do less work. I have a year on them, I've informed the manager and nothing has changed about the situation. Makes me feel like im working too hard and not getting paid for what I do.

Review from Admin Dept

i feel I do way moer than my coworkers and they have come in after me and get paid more to do less work.
