Supporting the team members instead of covering up toxic leaders
Policies and procedures being followed
Show appreciation to hard working staff and longevity, and listen to staff needs, pay fare wages.
Responding to and caring about the employees just as they do the patients.
Everything, they don't care about employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We make less than the national average
I am an APP. I practice at the top of my scope, doing the exact same tasks as my physician counterparts, yet I am paid 1/4 what they are and often less than nurses I am working alongside, despite often dictating the plan of care independently.
For all the hats that I wear at OH, I feel I should be compensated fairly to take on all the different roles.

I got the job in the end.
Comfortable, they are interviewed by a peer panel as they are the subject matter of the unit hiring into.
I had interview process didnt call me the first time wait 6 mo o was approved on the 2nd tind
Smooth and seamless process that was not overly done

I feel I am overworked and when I take a break, im considered slacking. yet others slack all the time and do not get reprimanded for it.
