I am an APP. I practice at the top of my scope, doing the exact same tasks as my physician counterparts, yet I am paid 1/4 what they are and often less than nurses I am working alongside, despite often dictating the plan of care independently.
For all the hats that I wear at OH, I feel I should be compensated fairly to take on all the different roles.

I feel I am overworked and when I take a break, im considered slacking. yet others slack all the time and do not get reprimanded for it.
