What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually manage the group instead of delegate her favorite work besties to manage our small group instead. Stop piling so much onto people. Make it an even distribution of work amongs everyone. Stop giving in to clients every whim and letting the high maintenance clients walk all over us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay needs to match the amount of stress certain clients put on us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Clients don't get the level of service they pay for because its one employee handing 15+ offices and cant get to every clients things they need done in the month.
