Communication is non existant. Teamwork is poor. Cut throat amd lying to management to seem more competent
Recognizing and utilizing the talents of your current employees. Need to work on gender discrimsrion and promote the ones who have the experience and mot the ones who talk a good lie
Get ownership to stop discriminating against women and fire the employees that are harming the company by being inethical. Reverse the "good ole boys" mentality. Promote more women. Hire more women for managment positions.
Ethics is very questionable. Owners have tunnel vision and when they have a "favorite" employee, no amount of experience and job lnowledge will help you to be recognized. HR has no desire to hear you if you arent a Manager. I was silenced by HR and was not allowed to discuss concerns. Poor!
