What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very helpful and supportive
Some on leadership team are old school which is both good and bad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing and utilizing the talents of your current employees. Need to work on gender discrimsrion and promote the ones who have the experience and mot the ones who talk a good lie
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is anually done and fair
Compensation is reviewed annually. Most get 3% or higher.

we all work well together and use ideas from everyone.
Great team and like my coworkers. They care.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is non existant. Teamwork is poor. Cut throat amd lying to management to seem more competent
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is only a few throughout the facility
Fun friendly, exciting atmosphere always busy.
Family oriented company because it’s family owned
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get ownership to stop discriminating against women and fire the employees that are harming the company by being inethical. Reverse the "good ole boys" mentality. Promote more women. Hire more women for managment positions.

Meeting other employees and seeing workplace

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ethics is very questionable. Owners have tunnel vision and when they have a "favorite" employee, no amount of experience and job lnowledge will help you to be recognized. HR has no desire to hear you if you arent a Manager. I was silenced by HR and was not allowed to discuss concerns. Poor!
