Light and focused in which is important. They are not seeking for a Guru, they are seeking for a human who can think and be creative in answers. That was the feeling OSF passed me... but I think they could make a technical exam (a practical one).
What IT department questions did OSF Global Services ask during your job interview?
My salary expectation. They ask me to describe my experiences, architectural things. Personal projects, and why I want to join the team.
How flexible is your work schedule at OSF Global Services?
I heard that in other projects people can work remotely but here in Brazil we have just one hour of flexibility, anything different from entering 8-9AM have to be reported to the HR department.
