Mr. Alan I. Edrick has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at OSI Systems, Inc. since September 2006. Mr. Edrick serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Spacelabs Healthcare, Inc. He served as Co-Chief Financial Officer of OSI Systems, Inc. since July 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BioSource International Inc. since May 17, 2004. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of North American Scientific Inc. from May 1998 to 2004 and as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Senior Vice President of North American Scientific Inc. since April 2002. From 1989 to 1998, Mr. Edrick served at PriceWaterhouse LLP and served as its Senior Manager of Capital Markets. Mr. Edrick has over 25 years of Financial management and public accounting experience, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis and regulatory compliance. He has been a Director of American Science & Engineering Inc. since September 9, 2016. He has been a Member of Advisory Board of Profit Recovery Partners, LLC since June 13, 2016. He served as Director of Vertical Branding Inc. from December 20, 2007 to August 28, 2009. Mr. Edrick is a Member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.
