He served as a Director of Visiphor Corp. from July 8, 2002 to March 21, 2003. Mr. Chopra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Punjab Engineering College in Chandigarh, Punjab, India and a Master of Science degree in Semiconductor Electronics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
