Mr. Victor S. Sze has been Executive Vice President of OSI Systems, Inc. since September 2004 and has been its General Counsel since March 2002 and Corporate Secretary since November 2002. Mr. Sze serves as Company Secretary and General Counsel at Spacelabs Healthcare Inc. He joined OSI company as Vice President of Corporate Affairs in March 2002. From 1999 to November 2001, Mr. Sze served as an In-house Counsel to Interplay Entertainment Corp. and served as its Director of Corporate Affairs. He has been a Director of American Science & Engineering Inc. since September 09, 2016. He served as a Director of Altair Nanotechnologies, Inc. from November 28, 2012 to September 26, 2013. He practiced Law at Wolf, Rifkin & Shapiro in Los Angeles. Mr. Sze has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School.
