Not getting rid of teams that work
Direct manager is a boss and not a leader and only is important because of their industry knowledge, which does not equal being a manager. They need to assess and train these people.
They only care about white men without relevant degrees or experience.
Should not be the bottom end of salary when compared with other companies in comparable industries, especially those with more and minimal experience in their function
Overall the teams that could bridge the gap between clinical and engineering are either not valued or are gotten rid of.
