What do you like best about the leadership team?
Middle Management very motivated, levels above are detached and don't own their decisions, even if they are hard on the team
I am part of my leadership team thoroughly enjoy all of mine boys

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not getting rid of teams that work
Direct manager is a boss and not a leader and only is important because of their industry knowledge, which does not equal being a manager. They need to assess and train these people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They only care about white men without relevant degrees or experience.
Should not be the bottom end of salary when compared with other companies in comparable industries, especially those with more and minimal experience in their function

Supportive, friendly, professional, same mission
Friendly, good personality, keep it light and fun, positive tone

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Overall the teams that could bridge the gap between clinical and engineering are either not valued or are gotten rid of.
Better leadership who are proactive.

Sustainability, the mission and goal

Leadership, leadership decisions. Ruthless. Please make better decisions. I know you’re trying, but listen to the expert

Not as many generic questions

Interviews with senior leadership. Gave a very positive down to earth perspective and feeling it is not hierarchical

Strings people along with little feedback.

having the capability and ability also the privilege to work with some folks that are disabled increasing their ability and longevity in life, along with their quality of life and activities of daily living.
