Training on how to create a positive work environment that fosters team work.

Interviews with senior leadership. Gave a very positive down to earth perspective and feeling it is not hierarchical

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Should not be the bottom end of salary when compared with other companies in comparable industries, especially those with more and minimal experience in their function

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Direct manager is a boss and not a leader and only is important because of their industry knowledge, which does not equal being a manager. They need to assess and train these people.
