Significantly underpiad compared to other companies and they do jot offer a pensionnpr stock options and other benefits they do offer do not add up to the other losses

No one is happy here because there is no future

Since there isnt much to get done you habe great work life balance

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm tired of feeling completely disempowered. Every decision runs through multiple executive committees. The team is frequently overruled and forced to respond to comments from random executives.
Japan needs to step in and take it back over that is when thr company was the most sucfessful
