What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone always comes across as upbeat

Being a part of Otter PR in Tampa has been an enriching experience

The feeling of belonging. I have a genuine feeling that I am wanted to be there and I am valued.

While the fast-paced environment is exhilarating, it can sometimes lead to long work hours, however, the supportive team and the satisfaction of seeing our campaigns succeed make it all worthwhile.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company culture is great I love it.

A better business model that doesn't just have a revolving door of clients. Nurturing clients not treating them like a paycheck. Not overworking junior staff and punishing them by limiting opportunities when they can't keep up.
