Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are decent but I'd like to see Oura go above their company peers and stand out a bit more with a leading comp package to attract the best talent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Culture is very collaborative and people are always ready to pitch in.
Bright minds and lots of commitment to deliver results. Everyone is willing to help each other.
