How employees describe working at Outreach Services

The worse place I ever worked at! The employees there are mostly young and Immature! Very unprofessional team leaders and bosses! They are very strict, they don't trust African American people who work there and the African American folks who are in charge don't care for their own people too much.

After five years, I have only gotten one bonus of $50.00 and one $.75 raise. I got the raise because I was driving over 30 miles away. No one else wanted to do that.
