Commensurate pay for work would make me feel better. As a caregiver to older and disabled people, I am literally making lives better, often saving a life in the process. Caregivers across the country are underpaid.

A rate increase at least once a year would be nice. The pay is too low. And waiting 6 months after you're hired to be eligible to enroll in 401k is too long.

Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated, job description not well related to clients and their families. I am constantly mistaken for a maid or housekeeper. I earn more $ when I work for private pay than for a company.
