Keeping supervisors happy so they stay with the company. Company need overall better organization Better pay and benefits for employees. Mileage for driving over 10 miles away.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I never was able to save money! I only worked there a week.
Commensurate pay for work would make me feel better. As a caregiver to older and disabled people, I am literally making lives better, often saving a life in the process. Caregivers across the country are underpaid.

A rate increase at least once a year would be nice. The pay is too low. And waiting 6 months after you're hired to be eligible to enroll in 401k is too long.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated, job description not well related to clients and their families. I am constantly mistaken for a maid or housekeeper. I earn more $ when I work for private pay than for a company.
