What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel they are nice people, but just not transparent about the goings on of the company.
Focus on the mission but still, people-oriented.

gap between salaries paid in the US and Portugal
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really nice and interesting people.
Direct coworkers are awesome to work with.
They are people-oriented (People over processes), technically strong, helpful, and great for a constructive brainstorm.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect, team work and recognition.
Informal, kind, focused on improving through mistakes
The feeling that you will always find someone available to help.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast, the recruiter got me frequent feedback about each stage and always asked how I was feeling about the possibility of joining.

What makes you most happy at work?
Technical challenges and helping people.
Hybrid work. Staying home at least twice a week and, when in the office, being able to leave early in the afternoon and finish work at home sometimes, allows me to recharge and still get a good dose of human interaction.
