She spent 22 years with Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation, where she held numerous positions, including Finance, Treasury and Information Technology and Assistant Treasurer of Ford Motor Company and Treasurer of Visteon Corporation. Ms. Bertsch was responsible for directing Chrysler's worldwide systems and computer hardware strategy, systems applications development, data center operations and telecommunications network operations. Her experience includes financial reporting, treasury and capital markets activity, investor relations, M&A, head of global IT and serving as a strategic partner in the various businesses. She serves as a Director at Owens Illinois Group Inc. She has been a Director of The Babcock & Wilcox Company since June 26, 2013 and Independent Director of Meritor, Inc. since July 2016. She has been a Director of BWX Technologies, Inc. since June 26, 2013. She serves as a Director of BWXT Government Group, Inc. She serves as a Director of Vista Maria. Ms. Bertsch holds a number of board positions with non-profit organizations, including Wayne State University School of Medicine, the Chrysler Women's Forum, among others. She was named to the 2005 Automotive News list of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry. Ms. Bertsch earned Master's Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelors Degree with a Finance major from Wayne State University.
