Her experience includes financial reporting, treasury and capital markets activity, investor relations, M&A, head of global IT and serving as a strategic partner in the various businesses. She serves as a Director at Owens Illinois Group Inc. She has been a Director of The Babcock & Wilcox Company since June 26, 2013 and Independent Director of Meritor, Inc. since July 2016.
