Paul Arthur Jarrell — Chief Administration Officer & Senior VP at Owens-Illinois

Mr. Paul Arthur Jarrell serves as Vice President of Owens Illinois Group Inc. Mr. Jarrell has been the Chief Administration Officer of Owens-Illinois, Inc. since 2013 and has been its Senior Vice President since June 2011. Mr. Jarrell served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Owens-Illinois, Inc. from June 2011 to 2012. He was responsible for leading the global human resource function by developing and implementing people strategies that enable O-I to achieve its business objectives. He is accountable for global talent management and strengthening leadership and organizational development programs, while also supporting O-I's expanding operations in Asia Pacific and Latin America. He was Head of Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Owens-Illionis, Inc., since June 2011. Mr. Jarrell served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Human Resources of Koninklijke DSM N.V. (Formerly Royal DSM N.V) from May 2009 to November 1, 2010. He serves as a Director of Owens Illinois Group Inc. He served as Director of Human Resources at Royal DSM N.V. Mr. Jarrell also served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Royal DSM N.V. since May 2009. He is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
