Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work on an understaffed change crew, losing more people to retirement and asked to do the operators jobs whilst everyone calls in sick and doesnt take their job seriously . On the change crew we do everything to earn a bonus that we wont ever get while inflation around the world engolfes our money
