That they work together as a team.

They may get better by giving credit to all the employees not just a certain group.

Saving for the future and my retirement.

I don’t feel undervalued, I just feel everyone in the company should get the respect they give me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They respect each other and help someone when needed

Work together and give each other a pat on the back more often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect for everyone that works there
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone should be treated with the same respect.
