What does the leadership team need to get better at?
remove people that are not qualify nor have knowledge and experience of running/leading people & company.
Managing people better, paying people better, and getting away from a completely top-down system to allow for employee feedback on key decisions that impact employees
Implementing feedback from the bottom up rather than the top down
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wellness program and other employer contributions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
being heard with our concern. stop making the work place a jail place for workers. caging them and chaining the employee parking lot so no one can use them

We are able to have some good laughs about various topics.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the culture that is being implemented by GM is very negative and very discriminatory.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR people were very patient and competent at explaining things.
