The company is pretty good at fostering growth from within the organization, and is also committed to helping individuals grow professionally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works on their own but with the understanding of what everyone else on the team's role is, and they are always mindful of how their work will affect or interact with someone else's.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There is nothing I like about the interview process. I guess the best part, if I had to say something, is that everyone I interviewed with was very polite and friendly, and made me feel more comfortable, rather than me feeling intimidated and stressed out.
