Casey Cecala III — President of Los Angeles and Northern California Regions - Pacific Western Bank at PacWest Bancorp

Mr. Casey Cecala, also known as Joe, III, serves as the President of Los Angeles and Northern California Regions at Pacific Western Bank. Mr. Cecala served as the President of Inland Empire Region-Pacific Western Bank, a subsidiary of PacWest BanCorp. since May 2006. He joined Pacific Western Bank in May 2006. Mr. Cecala has more than 20 years of experience in banking. He served as an Executive Vice President of Foothill Independent BanCorp since March 2004 and served as its Chief Credit Officer. He served as the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Foothill Independent Bank from 2001 to May 2006 and served as its Regional Vice President with responsibility for sales and credit management. Mr. Cecala joined Foothill in October 1992 and served as its Senior Vice President from March 2001 to January 2003, where his responsibilities included are credit review and approvals, portfolio and risk analysis, loan grading and financial analysis. In addition, he was responsible for generating credit policies and procedures in support of portfolio concentrations, lending objectives, underwriting requirements and regulations. Mr. Cecala began his banking career in 1978.
