He served as an Executive Vice President/finance of Umpqua Holdings Corporation from July 2004 to February 2005. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Humboldt BanCorp. since November 2000. He also served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Humboldt Bancorp., where he joined in November 2000. He served as Controller of United Community Banks, Inc. and a Senior Assistant Controller of Trans Financial, Inc. He served as a Director of AmericanWest Bank, N.A from November 2008 to December 20, 2010. Mr. Rusnak holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia and is graduated of the BAI Graduate School of Bank Financial Management at Vanderbilt University.
