What do you like best about the leadership team?

The team is Supportive and available when needed

What did you like most about the interview process?

For the interview process we went skiing...pretty neat interview!

What makes you most happy at work?

When an athlete expresses joy and is proud of what they have skied that day. Friendships that build throughout the season.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our team members and athletes are passionate and always bring the stoke. We value community and creating a fun and safe learning environment for athletes to progress on and off the slopes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a big mountain coach, we are constantly in a high risk environment, especially with the size of our groups (fourteen 9 and 10 year old). As coaches, role models and representatives of Palisades Tahoe, it is pertinent that Big Mountain Coaches receive a fair hourly wage.
