I enjoy my teammates but the company culture is toxic. Lots of pressure to put in long hours, bait and switch with benefits offered at hire time, company constantly shuffles people across teams, there is no value for the opinions of lower employees and there are constant layoffs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do believe the company values diversity and inclusion
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the ideas of their staff, valuing employee satisfaction, accountability for poor decisions, better utilize the tools that exist in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work too many hours for the pay, bonuses are very small (despite excellent performance reviews), raises just pace with inflation. Stock options are a joke, especially when the company is doing so poorly compared to competitors.
