Horrble ethics and morale no positive

I enjoy my teammates but the company culture is toxic. Lots of pressure to put in long hours, bait and switch with benefits offered at hire time, company constantly shuffles people across teams, there is no value for the opinions of lower employees and there are constant layoffs.

For such a small company, leadership is incredibly disconnected from the day to day that their direct reports go through, with a CEO that would rather be doing anything else than answer for a failing energy branch. The solution? Move to finance, lay of 20% of the workforce.

A lot of growth and moving parts but overall excited to be able to collaborate and bring value to my role. Everyone's opinion is valued and there are so many opportunities to be impactful. Great vision and mission with the bumps you see in all start-up environments.

It has been wonderful. A laid back, positive environment with set goals that are reached most of the time. I actually get excited to go to work.

They are transparent about changes to policy. They seem to genuinely want to help you get ahead. Encourage growth. Usually approve pto requested

The exec team that have experience know the struggles of this industry and empathize with their respective branches.

They are very helpful and involve the whole team in majority of the aspects of the business.

includes paid time off for personal reasons as well as sick, provides opportunity for overtime, if necessary, fair and equitable

I work too many hours for the pay, bonuses are very small (despite excellent performance reviews), raises just pace with inflation. Stock options are a joke, especially when the company is doing so poorly compared to competitors.

We over communicate. We collaborate to improve or tasks and policies. We rely on each other when theres gray area within our tasks

Lots of technical talent and good communication and teamwork

We are a fun group with a lot of knowledge to gain from each other.

They have open discussions every morning so everyone is on the same page to provide the best quality of service.
