- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work too many hours for the pay, bonuses are very small (despite excellent performance reviews), raises just pace with inflation. Stock options are a joke, especially when the company is doing so poorly compared to competitors.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening to the ideas of their staff, valuing employee satisfaction, accountability for poor decisions, better utilize the tools that exist in the company.
