What are some of the best things about your team?We over communicate. We collaborate to improve or tasks and policies. We rely on each other when theres gray area within our tasks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work too many hours for the pay, bonuses are very small (despite excellent performance reviews), raises just pace with inflation. Stock options are a joke, especially when the company is doing so poorly compared to competitors.
