Kim Lum is an approachable CEO who listens to feedback and surveys from the office. He is capable of overseeing the corporate operations but could delegate some attention to specialty groups like technology and support services.
How's the work life balance at Pankow Builders?
If you are on a building project then it varies with the project. When it is busy you could face 12 hours a day of work. However if you are in the office then the time is typically 40 hours a week and fair predictable.
Does Pankow Builders have any remote positions?
Very few but there are remote offices for those who live far from the head office.
