Medical Benefits are free no out of pocket premiums and deductibles are insanely low for individual and family. Great matching on 401k.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They take advantage. Do more and more for the same pay. Not all company policies are handled the same, it depends who you are.
