They can start by not having HR contacy you to confirm that yiure the right fit AFTER you have accepted their offer.

Solving problems and being recognized as someone that can get the job done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership is a bunch of bullies that treat employees worse than livestock. Tvey will throw their grandma under the bus to save themselves. Absolutely no regard for operator safety
