They acquired a lot of smaller companies and now have no idea how to run a staff of this size. They should foster a collaborate atmosphere instead of the competitive one we have.
The support staff is overworked under super poor management. Some working 12-13 hours a day.
Again, the company is very competitive internally because everyone comes from different smaller companies. There should be more incentive for people to collaborate with each other.
There are a lot of great agents there but only a handful of effective leaders. The CEO is so out of touch with his staff and what's needed.
