The interview process has gotten increasingly difficult. There are now all day interviews for entry level positions with low salaries.

My interview was online. I wish it could have been in person. During the interview I felt like the wanted to get to know me it wasn't just a few questions.
I liked that I was able to talk to an HR person before my direct boss but that I was able to interact with my direct boss before an offer was made, or accepting an offer. No surprises.
