What did you like most about the interview process?Being able to come into the office and get a sense for the culture. It was a very casual interview that made me feel like I was already part of the team.

Parametrix was founded in 1969 and its current CEO is Jeff Peacock. Since its inception 57 years ago, Parametrix has grown to 500 employees.

Since our beginning, environmental stewardship has been a hallmark of our work at Parametrix. Parametrix has an internal Climate Change and Sustainability Panel to take our stewardship commitment further and to improve the environmental and social performance of our internal and external operations. Through this panel we have developed and adopted internal sustainability guidelines to assist employee-owners in making responsible choices in the workplace. We have invested in our staff becoming LEED and Envision accredited [LEED, Green Streets and Envision]professionals to serve our wide range of clients. As a company, Parametrix will continue to invest in research and development to create the tools and processes that provide meaningful measures of resiliency and sustainability for our clients.
Compassion, collaboration, and fun are core values that we live by at Parametrix. All of these are demonstrated through community participation and charitable giving. We build real friendships with our clients and we care about their communities. Our employee-owners are dedicated to the communities in which we live and work. We participate in community activities helping to clean up cities, plant trees, build homes for Habitat for Humanity, and raise money for charity. Annually, each of our offices host events to raise money for United Way, with the company matching a portion of the donations.
