What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are pretty solid. My favorite part is the gym membership provided by Paramount. Being encouraged to stay healthy and share that with some of my coworkers is one of the best parts of my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under pressure and under paid, more money and trust
What are some of the best things about your team?
Optimistic attitudes and bright personalities. It feels very team oriented and there are always several people you can go to if you need a pep talk. The more executive leaders are great role models and always make time to stop by to chat and see how more junior employees are doing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude and correct tones would be nice

Getting off on time and the way they are

What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy and quick and nothing to do
I had the opportunity to meet with several members of the team. Paramount promotes from within, so I was also able to speak with the woman who had my position before me and that was extremely useful.
