Leadership here believes that we are all hired to do what we're good at. There is not a lot of micro managing going on.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and letting go all the people that they think are put in the right positions because they got the wrong people in positions that don't need to be in the in that position it's gonna be a lot harder for that little company if they don't get it together and do right by people.
They need more racial diversity on their leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have to worry about taking care of my family's health because of the comprehensive benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No training on new machines, yet I am expected to fix them.

Super fun and good time

My team works well together. We each do our thing and we come together to solve any larger issues. Make a plan, execute the plan.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Simply, they need to let go of their ego.

Great managers make for a great environment to work in. We are all generally happy and ready to help.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs more diversity on the leadership team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Looking for athletic people, competitive in nature. Three rounds of interviews, fast decision. They will give most people a chance. Then the first six weeks of the program is a vetting process

The interviews were fast and efficient. I didn't get any of those weird questions everyone seems to be judging us all on these days. To the point and concise.
