Website and customer service are not good.
There is no reliability with reservations and there is nonexistent corporate customer service
Been great so far except the pay for the position I am in is quite low to the job requirements and market value. Hopefully, this will change in the coming months/years

What are your coworkers at ParkWhiz like?
Most people here are pretty smart and self-aware, but there are at lot of people who are so deep in their own department's day-to-day that they have no idea what's going on in the rest of the company. Everyone is friendly and laid back though, cool to hang out with.
How's career growth and advancement at ParkWhiz?
100% of the same employees also feel like ParkWhiz is invested in their career growth. On average, majority of employees have a mentor to help them navigate their career at ParkWhiz.
