Been great so far except the pay for the position I am in is quite low to the job requirements and market value. Hopefully, this will change in the coming months/years

More transparency and giving the same benefits to all employees

freedom to get my work done without a manager micromanaging me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everybody is generally happy. there are not any "bad" apples. Those people were let go a while ago
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everybody on the leadership team is extremely nice and wants to help but being in growth mode, transparency on projects and roadmap have essentially vanished.
